These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur David Mamporia / დავითი მამფორია (trade name: Umevent / უმევენტი), registered under the laws of Georgia (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", "Administration", or "We"), and any natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as the "User" or "Buyer") using the website and purchasing digital products — interactive urban walking quests and self-guided tours in Tbilisi and other locations (hereinafter referred to as the "Quest").
Please read this Agreement carefully before making a purchase. Payment for services or use of the website constitutes the User's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT AND SERVICE CHARACTERISTICS
2.1. The Seller provides the User with access to interactive digital walking quests (city walks with puzzles and riddles) available for selection and purchase on the website.
2.2. Product Format: All Quests are completely digital electronic content (Digital Products). The service is performed independently by the User without the physical presence of a tour guide or escort.
2.3. Technical Requirements: To complete a Quest, the Buyer requires their own smartphone with an active mobile Internet connection and a working web browser.
2.4. A single purchase grants access for one team, with no restriction on the number of participants within that single group.
3. PRICING AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. Quest prices are displayed on the website in Georgian Lari (GEL) (with optional equivalent displays in USD or other currencies for User convenience).
3.2. Payments are processed digitally via credit/debit cards (VISA, MasterCard), as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay through an authorized payment gateway (Flitt).
3.3. Payment is deemed complete upon the successful deduction of funds and receipt of confirmation from the payment system.
4. DELIVERY AND ACCESS TIMELINES
4.1. No Physical Shipping: Physical delivery of goods by courier or mail is not performed ($0 / 0 GEL).
4.2. Instant Digital Delivery: Access to the Quest (a unique link and/or access code) is provided automatically and instantly (within 1–5 minutes) upon successful payment.
4.3. Delivery Channels: The access link and credentials are displayed on the order confirmation screen on the website and sent to the email address provided by the Buyer during checkout.
4.4. Access Validity and Service Fulfillment:
- The access link to the purchased Quest remains valid for 1 (one) month (30 calendar days) from the payment date. The User has the right to start and complete the Quest on any convenient day and time within this period.
- If the User does not activate and complete the Quest within 1 (one) month (30 calendar days) from the date of purchase, the access link expires, the service is legally considered fully rendered and properly performed by the Seller, and the Seller’s obligations are deemed completely fulfilled.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
5.1. All text materials, routes, puzzles, audio and visual content, design elements, and software code available on the website and within the Quests are the intellectual property of the Seller.
5.2. The Buyer is granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use the Quest for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, reselling, distributing online, or publicly publishing quest answers/solutions is strictly prohibited.
6. AMENDMENTS AND FORCE MAJEURE
6.1. The Seller reserves the right to make minor modifications to Quest routes or tasks to keep information updated or improve service quality.
6.2. The Seller is not liable for temporary external obstacles along the city route (roadwork, weather conditions, street closures) beyond their reasonable control.
